Special Note: This project is part of the Grant Agreement with Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation for the Northgate Boulevard Business Recovery Program approved by the Sacramento City Council on Nov. 29, 2022. Atlas Lab, a local Latina owned small business (WBE, DBE, WOSB, and SBE), completed the Taco Plaza Outdoor Market Concept.
