SACHCC Launches Spanish-Language “Emprende Sacramento” Program-Fall Cohort to Support Local Entrepreneurs

2025 Emprende Sac Fall

Sacramento, CA – August 26, 2025- The Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SACHCC) will host an information and registration session for Emprende Sacramento Otoño 2025 (Fall 2025 Cohort) on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

This free 10-week program, offered fully in Spanish, is designed specifically for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and small business owners. Participants receive training on essential elements of starting or growing a business, including business planning, financial management, cost control, licensing and permitting, operations, access to capital, and market analysis. Classes are taught in a hybrid format by subject-matter experts, and graduates continue to receive mentorship and guidance after program completion.

“At a time when small businesses and street vendors are facing challenges with permitting and economic uncertainty, our Chamber is committed to being a helping hand,” said Cathy Rodriguez Aguirre, President & CEO of SACHCC. “By offering Emprende Sacramento entirely in Spanish, we remove a key barrier and ensure that entrepreneurs have the resources, knowledge, and support they need to operate legally, avoid penalties, and succeed.”

With support of the County of Sacramento, the program also shows participants how to navigate the permitting process, a crucial step for vendors and business owners seeking stability and growth.
